Making a Purchase
Payment may be made by the following methods:
-Credit/Debit card online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and American Express.
You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order. You will then be taken to the Sage Pay website to enter your credit card details on their secure server. Payment is released once the item is ready for despatch. If an order is cancelled, your credit card authorisation will be voided and no money will be taken from the card.
-Credit/Debit card by phone or faxing your details to us.
-Paypal payment transaction online.
-By cheque, made payable to Netlighting Ltd. Your order will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.
-By Bacs Transfer, Bank Details available on request.
Delivery and Handling
Standard delivery and handling charges are as follows:
Order value under £75.00: £7.99
Order value over £75.00: FREE
Standard delivery charges refer to UK Mainland only. Orders to Scottish Western Isles, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Jersey are charged at £15.00.
The correct delivery/handling charge will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Orders sent using standard delivery are usually delivered within 5 working days from the time the order is placed, unless advised otherwise.
Once ready for despatch, orders are usually sent by UPS Standard Next Day Service. Orders outside UK Mainland are delivered two working days after despatch.
Alternatively, express delivery is available on certain items. If this service is required, please contact us on 0208 952 3444 or by email for more information.
Orders to many European destinations including Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco and the Netherlands are charged at £15.00.

In the event that noone is at the delivery address to accept a parcel, the courier will leave a calling card with details of how to contact them and arrange a redelivery. In the event that the customer does not do this within two days from the time the card is left, the parcel will be returned to Netlighting and any further redelivery will incur a new delivery charge. You will be charged for the failed delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will email you with details of the expected delivery date and you will be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Once in stock, orders will usually be despatched on a next working day basis. Your payment will be released once goods are ready for despatch.
All prices are including VAT at the current rate.
Credit Card Security
For 100% security we use Sage Pay to process your credit/debit card payment. After placing your order you will be taken to the Sage Pay website to enter your card details on their secure server. We release your payment on despatch of your order by accessing our Sage Pay account. Each transaction can only be released once and only an amount up to and including the amount of the original transaction. Once the transaction is complete, your credit/debit card details are NOT kept or stored for any amount of time. We never have access to your actual credit card details.

An order may be cancelled by the customer up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. In the event that an order is cancelled after it has already been despatched, notification must be made in writing by the customer within 7 working days starting the day after delivery of goods either by email, fax or post to Netlighting Ltd. Your request will be acknowledged within 5 working days. Unsuitable goods can be accepted back for a refund providing that they have not been used or installed, remain undamaged and are in as new condition. Please return them with the original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged on the return journey. The cost of returning these goods is at the expense of the customer. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT GOODS SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED UNTIL WE HAVE CONTACTED YOU OR WE SHALL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
- Faulty or incorrect goods
In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods or goods supplied by us incorrectly, please contact us. Notification must be made in writing within 7 working days starting the day after receipt of goods either by email, fax or post to Netlighting Ltd. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. Arrangements for the collection of goods sent by us in error will be made by Netlighting Ltd. Prior to the replacement or refund of faulty/ damaged goods, images of the fault (where relevant) or breakage will be required. Netlighting Ltd will then either arrange collection of faulty/damaged goods or authorise disposal. Once the returned goods have been received and assessed by us, you will be offered a refund or a replacement. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT GOODS SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED UNTIL WE HAVE CONTACTED YOU OR WE SHALL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
- Unsuitable goods

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
The customer must ensure that any installation/fitting of non portable lighting purchased from Netlighting Ltd is carried out by a qualified electrician.
