General Delivery Infomation

Since we went live in 2006, Netlighting has grown thanks to our many satisfied customers.

To complement our progress, we have now incorporated UPS as part of our Logistics Solution.
This means that the services we offer have now gotten even better, even more reliable, even more efficient...
...with deliveries happening ever more faster!

Netlighting's shopping site is now taking e-commerce to a whole new dimension.
We aim to ensure a 5 day service from the time of ordering (unless otherwise advised) to receiving your purchase at your home or workplace.
Once you place your order with us, you will receive email confirmation with your order number and details. This will allow you to keep track of your transaction with us. We will then process your order and once ready, we will generally despatch your lights on next day delivery and send you tracking details the day prior to delivery, allowing you to keep control of your order at all times.

We appreciate that sometimes our customers may require an order to be delivered FAST and we have therefore integrated an EXPRESS Delivery Service option on most items to allow us the capacity to cater to all our customers...

High volumes of orders on popular items may mean that stock levels occasionally fluctuate. We are committed to doing everything possible to avoid this and when this does happen, we will update our website accordingly.
In the event that an order is placed for an item not in stock, we will always notify you of this and keep you updated with the new delivery information.  In line with our general delivery policy, once the item is back on the shelf, we will generally despatch on next day delivery service.

Standard Delivery Service        £7.99
Express Delivery Service        £14.99

Standard delivery charge applies to UK Mainland only.  Orders to Scottish Western Isles, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Jersey are charged at £15.00.

Orders to many European destinationsincluding Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco and the Netherlands are charged at £15.00.
